What do you do when you’re eligible to receive grants from a nonprofit tied to Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg? You say NO THANKS! That’s what North Carolina just did! Other states and counties should follow, as other grant recipients on the list are from California, Connecticut, Illinois, Michigan and Nevada.

The Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) recently announced 10 county and municipal election offices slated to receive grant funding from the center’s U.S. Alliance for Election Excellence, which bills itself as “a five-year, $80 million strategy to envision, support, and celebrate excellence in U.S. election administration.”

Really? Because that’s not what’s happening in real life. More than $400 million “Zuckerbucks.” were distributed by CTCL during the 2020 presidential election, where many believe were unfairly distributed to Democrat-leaning districts- and even more going as far as to call it “election interference”.

Call it what you will, but more than 20 states have responded by banning private funds for elections. You want a free and fair election? Saying no to election fraud is a good start!
